The lump could have something to do with all the hormones going around your body at the moment because of the bfp.
I'd rest as much as you can and if you can get to the doctor or hospital for a blood test that would help ease your mind, if you can get one 2days apart you should see your hcg level double if everything is ok. Bleeding in pregnancy is not common but can be normal for some people. It could also be possible that you've had a chemical pregnancy but the blood test will give you an answer. An ultrasound won't tell you much as it's too early to see anything. Good luck

The brown could be implantation, I wouldn't worry just yet unless you start having red blood (even then, some bleeding in pregnancy can be normal). Also symptoms are nothing to worry about either, they will come and go, and normally don't start to be really noticeable until week 7. Cramping is normal, if there's no blood then it's most likely good cramping.
Make an appointment with your doctor to have the pregnancy confirmed and get your hcg levels and organise your next few weeks of tests.
Because of your previous loss it will be harder on you (emotionally) as you might be expecting this one to fail but try to be positive, there is no reason why this pregnancy won't be a success :)
Glad your getting the lump checked, good luck
