Hi and welcome,

There are many different 'symptoms' associated with MS but those symptoms are also associated with other medical issues......basically if you don't have any  neurologically abnormal clinical signs and or test evidence suggestive or consistent with a neurological condition like MS, the symptoms you experience are logically more likely to be due from something other than MS.

Cheers.......JJ

I've had fine vision for 3 yeas now. I do have eye muscle strain but not optic neuritis. I keep having eye exams from my opthamologist but he doesn't see anything wrong

The only two MS eye conditions are optic neuritis and double vision. So no optic neuritis which would have eye pain is good. Floaters are not MS. When the neck tightens it can cause killer headaches. That would not be MS which is neurological.
