3 months ago lumbar puncture upper back and neck spasms extreme pain

I had a lumbar puncture 3 months ago to confirm MS.  Ever since I have bad severe painful back and neck spasms that go into the back of the head. These do not go away with laying down. I feel a lot of pressure in the upper back and neck. I have been to several drs. No one knows what is happening. They say normally someone gets a headache after that can go away with laying down. They have not seen someone ending up with upper back and neck spasms that continued and never stopped since the procedure. These are all day and night I can barley sleep. Before LP I was perfectly fine. I went hiking once a week and did work outs with my daughter. I can't take care of my kids and have been to so many drs I am desperate for help. I have even stopped working. Please someone has to know something. Thanks in advance.
