I went to the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, it is at St Josephs Hospital on W Thomas Street, they are wonderful, I was diagnosed with MS there, the staff and the doctor i saw were really nice,

It's really famous and well-regarded for brain injury. One of our members went there - but I don't remember the outcome.
