Best time to take antidepressant?
Morning or evening? I started back on Lexapro and that stuff is knocking me out!
I went from Wellbutrin to the Lexapro. I have been on Lexapro in the past and it made me sleepy then.
I am wondering if I should start taking it at might. Any one else take theirs in the evening?

I take 5½ pils per day from that category, so I space them out. Two of each in the morning, & the balance at suppertime. Not sure what led me to that formula, but it's worked for quite a long while now.
