Bright Spots on MRI

I'm seeing a Neurosurgeon bc I have a Chiari Malformation and have had Decompression surgery 2 years ago. I'm having recurring Neurological symptoms as well as Autoimmune issues, right now I'm diagnosed with SLE Lupus. I'm incredibly afraid of MS and I'm just curious what your thoughts are with these white spots on my brain MRI. I had the scan done at 9am and a NS appt at 10, which the Radiologist had already read my scans, the doctor only looked at them to see my cerebellum and post-surgery area, not MS... so I'm just looking for some insight..

LP isn’t always necessary if you have a clear MRI of the Brain & cervical spine.
LP suck!

Your doctor didn't mention anything about MS did then?  Honestly, there are lots of reasons to have bright spots on your mri.  What did the radiologist have to say?
