Buzzing and Nausea

I woke last night feeling nauseous and with a strange buzzing in/on my head.  I moved to the couch, where I experienced another episode.  This time I was aware that the buzzing came along first and seemed to cause the sick stomach feeling.  I've been completely wiped out today, with mild vertigo.  Anyone know what happened here . . . or have similar experiences?  Could I be having seizures??

Could the vertigo have caused the nausea?

Another possibility is that you're running a fever - that'll wake up all sorts of symptoms, and make you feel wiped out.
