Hi McB,

I'm so very, very sorry for your loss.

My dog is like my 4th child, and I'm sure you and your family are in so much pain and sadness.

(((hugs to you)))

I amso sorry for your loss. Shadow & I lost our Smokie almost a year ago. Of course we still miss the Old Man, but know he is so happy playing in a field of KatNip .
I am sure that Smokie is showing Chelsea the ropes and where all the best bones are buried.
Yes, Smokie is a cat, but in Pet heaven all animals are best buddies and they are watching over all of their Human families from above.

So dry your tears and know Chelsea was so Blessed to have been a part of your Family for so many years.... It does get better with time...
My Love & Prayers go out to you & yours...
PS Shadow is sending you his special PURRS and kitty kisses...TOO

My condolences to you with all the rest; my heart aches for you.

My Ginger (Fluffys feline mom) died 13 years ago, and I still have a picture of her on my bookcase.  Fluffy looked for her for months; under dressers, the fridge, in closets, calling for her.

She used to tease Fluffy, getting him to chase her, and then running up a tree, and looking down at him (Fluffy has 3 legs and can't climb).  I can see her, on the other side of that "Rainbow Bridge", playing with your Chelsea, grinning down from a tree, both of them pain free and with lots to keep them busy and happy 'til we see them again.

Hugs,

Kathy

Oh Chelsea is such a beautiful baby.  It's so hard to say good-bye and you find yourself, looking for them at every corner of the house.  It takes so long, to realize that they are truly gone from us.  I DO believe in the "Rainbow Bridge," (which there is a web-site on the net, you can put a memorial on, for Chelsea, as I did for my baby) and believe that we will see our animals again, all waiting for us in Heaven.

I know how much your heart is hurting Michael.  Most of us have been were you are and dern it....it HURTS.  Such a stab in the heart, whenever you think about your baby.

You and your family are in my prayers.  Chelsea, have fun running with all the puppies and kitties that have gone on before you.  Run like the wind, girl.  No more pain.

Big Hugs Michael,
Heather

Every dog deserves an angel.  You were hers.  Now it is time for her to repay the favor.  She will live in heart and she will always be loved.  This I know from experience.

My heart breaks for the loss you and your family are going through.

I'm saddened and sorry for your loss. my 13yr cat, Simba,  isn't to far behind.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Ranbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to
someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so
they can run and play together.
there is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are
warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health
and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and
strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days
and time gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing;
the each miss someone very special to them, who had to be
left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one
suddenly stops and looks into the distance. Her bright eyes are
intent; Her eager body quivers. Suddenly she begins to run from
the group, flying over the green grass, her legs carring her
faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend
finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be
parted again. The happy kisses rain upon you face; your
hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more
into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life
but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together......

I am so sorry for your loss - but it is truly the most compassionate thing we can do for our beloved pets.

I have been there myself and have found that putting together a memory book - photos and things - so that I may look back at the wonderful times I had with them helps with the grief.

Hugs to you & your family.
