Very cool!  I need to increase my exercise - lately, I've been doing two 60 minute Yoga practices, and I've been lucky to get one 90 minute bike ride in per week.

I'm a little surprised they don't discuss Yoga as a weight training modality, especially the standing poses, and arm balances (Crow, Crane, Peacock, etc.)  Yoga can be quite intense, depending on ability and poses attempted.

I had a Yoga teacher who had been practicing some 30 years before she had her first bone density scan at age 55.  Her MD told her she had the bones of a 20 year old! ;-)

lol I've tried to train Omar in the treadmill to get him some exercise on days when it's too cold or too icy to walk outside.  He will have none of it. Have tried introducing it to him slowly, using lots of treats and praise, demonstrating myself, etc and he is not cooperating at all. It's a shame since I've seen the benefit in other dogs who embrace it and have a great time on the darn thing!
