Constant dizziness due to multiple sclerosis?

How can I stop this  constant  dizziness due to multiple sclerosis? I have been suffering from this disease for over 6 years now.I tried Meclizine, Steroids,....and nothing has worked for me.

How long were you suffering from vertigoes? How did you get rid of it?

I had vertigo once from my MS, and it was so tough to deal with. I don't have any advice on how to fix it, but just wanted to tell you that I am so sorry you're going through it. It really is a horrible, horrible symptom.

Thanks.A doctor said I have a brain stem damage due to the MS, but others say I don't I don't know what to believe.

have you asked your neuro why you have this constantly?

you have to be proactive and ask questions!  Am hoping that you get some relief soon..........

The dosage I was given was 5 mg (one tablet) three times a day.  

I really hope this helps you as vertigo is just so debilitating.

Thanks Poppy7402.I tried Betahistine and made the symptoms worse.I tried it for 15 days and it was terrible for me.I felt my head like a balloon, and it was under the supervision of the neurologist.What about the other medicine you mentioned?What was the dosage of Prochlorperazine?

Two drugs I've tried are Prochlorperazine and Betahistine.  They didn't completely get rid of my vertigo but they made life a lot better.
