Ive been on copaxone for 6 months now. I have only gotten 3 site reactions - my skin would bubble up and turn all white and red. All three times happened using the auto2ject. I find using the auto2ject is more painfull. So i started doing it manually for all site's. I am starting to get so sick and tired of these daily injections, but hopefully my MRI on July 2nd will come back with positive news.
Hope all is well with everyone!
Hope I do as well. I start Saturday. I'm a little nervous about the whole thing. But I guess it's time to start.
Maureen
Thank you! Best wishes to you as well!
I have used the auto inject a couple of times but manual inject works better for me. I have a slight reaction but it's no big deal and it goes away quickly.
What are you taking now Candy? Good luck with what ever it is going to be.
Candy- may I ask what kind if site reactions you experienced?
great to hear, Are you manually injecting, or using the autoject? It does make a difference if you find that you are getting site reactions when using the autoject. I found I surely did, and went to manual, and did that, still got some reaction, but not as bad. Now I am off Copaxone, and moving on.
Glad to hear that you are doing well with it, some people have NO reaction ever...... and some... have a lot of issues.
Nice to hear a positive result....;
Good for you
Hi Chez! I began 5-11 and only had the 5 minute bee sting feeling at first. Its subsided and I couldn't be more pleased. My nurse from Shared Solutions had inspiring stories about other patients and it gave me hope. I'm fortunate to have a short period for dx and youth. Hope it continues to go well for you and best wishes!
