Do I have MS

I need help. I've had two MRI shows white matter changes and lesions . I've experienced pain in back legs and feet. Numbness in feet and hands. Also stroke like episode. Follow by seizure like episode with very slurred speech during day. But I can talk after 9 on also can sing clear.

Hi and welcome,

I honestly doubt what your dealing with is a neurological condition like MS, your symptom pattern of bilateral lower  limbs (both legs & feet) and numbness in all peripheral limbs (hands & feet) always points away from central nervous conditions like MS, your pattern is more suggestive of conditions effecting the peripheral nervous system eg. structural spinal issues - degenerative disc disease, pinched nerve, slipped disc etc, diabetes etc etc

I'm not sure if "9 on" is a typo and your meaning you can talk and sing after 9 pm even though your experiencing "seizure like episodes" and your speech has been slurred throughout the day, but if that is what is happening with your speech and you've been experiencing "stroke like episodes" from my understanding of speech issues associated with MS, its not a symptom pattern i've ever heard of....at a guess it might be something like Migraine, or possible a spinal structural issue but as i said that is a guess sorry!

Hope that helps.....JJ
