Does this sounds like MS?

So a few years ago i started having these electrical like shock pains in my chest. Then later that year i was having achyness and sharp pains in my chest, too. I then realized I had Pectus Carinatum(an overgrowth of cartilige in my chest) which can cause pain. So four months ago I had surgery to correct it, and I was doing great for a few weeks after surgery. No pain or anything and I was so glad I was finally pain free. Then, I started having shocks again about a month later. Followed by more severe chest pain, and much worse electrical like shocks. Not even percocet would work for my pain. So i waited to see if the pain would go away and it never did. Then, i started noticing new symptoms. The first one was tingling in my right shoulder. It seems to occur when i bend forward or when i am hotter like in the shower or in the sun. I waited to see if that goes away and it never does. Then i started getting muscle spams in my legs and arms. I can never find a comfortable position because my legs will always twitch or spazz. Then i start getting this pins and needles feeling in my feet, legs, arms, and hands. Its not localized to one area it seems to be all over like just one pin poked me not all in one area. Also, i get the same tinglling on the side of my hand like I do in my shoulder. Its not the pins and needles. And it seems to only be on the side of arm and hand. Yesterday i got one fo those shocks in my face, too! It wasnt that severe but it hurt pretty bad. Im also always kind of dizzy and fatigued. And im staring to have swallowing problems. Sometimes food will go down the wrong tube without my control. Also, i have noticed headaches that are pretty bad. And joint pain all over. Its more severe in my hips and thighs though. Im only 13 and have been through a lot. It just feels like my whole body is falling apart. If anybody had any idea what this could be or if it could be MS I would be very happy! Thanks so much!

then ALL of you should be talking to the doctor and sooner than later.
we are only just MS patients, no doctors here, so not sure why you
are here, but your symptoms just don't sound like MS

The percocet was from surgery. I still had leftover pills because I was doing so great with pain until now. And trust me my parents know about all the pain and everything.

MS seldom starts with both sides of the body.  Have you talked to your doctor about this?

If you are only 13 and taking percocet, I think you should be discussing this with your parents!
