Interesting indeed.  I think the report is a bit misleading as it mentions that MS causes eventual paralysis.....SO NOT TRUE for many.

BUT glad to hear there is some good research going on for primary progressive.  Time will tell.

Thanks for the link! I was thinking while I was reading this...I wonder why they are talking as if this is novel and new and exciting because now they are doing it instead of talking about it (I paraphrased that thought), because I know stem cell replacement has worked for MSers and other disease (a good friend of mine for MS, and another of our very own on our forum for cancer).

BUT, then I read further where they will recruit secondary progressive MSers, and drill holes in their scull and insert that way... Interesting indeed. I'm not sure how I feel about the ones they will use though they mention discarded fetal brains.
More to come in 2016 huh?
