Got my latest results from my UTI and I have now been free for 2 whole weeks YAY:))

This has been a very long journey, it started in August and only now have I been off Cipro among other antibiotics for the last few weeks so touch wood I will be OK.

The long term antibiotics have taken their toll on my body, with my nails and hair being brittle and falling out - so I got myself a really short haircut yesterday;)

I know that with the sepsis that I have done permanent damage to my kidney (had the scan results yesterday) so I will have to be extra careful with ISC which I do 6 times a day,

Having a Fondue for dinner tonight with potato wedges in olive oil and Herbs de Provence.  Yum:))

I want to wish you all the best.  I can relate to this as I'm fighting my share of up hill battles of UTI and they r no fun.  I started self cath and its been going good.  

Im so glad your not a walking Uti anymore.....   Lol.  I have to laugh because that how I feel right now but, I know it will get better.
