Face turned Bright Red

Hi everyone, just wondered if anyone else gets this...I was outside on the weekend, the weather was HOT and sunny.... I wasn't out for long only a 1/2 hr..not in the direct sun.

But my hubby said boy is your face ever RED, so I went in to look in the mirror and WOW...it was Bright red..strange...never noticed that before..the whole face was red.  It lasted for 15 min or so, and then when I went out again for a min...it started up again.

anyone?

Hi, I haven't noticed I turn red, just feel awful when I get hot.  I have started wearing a hat, usually a ball cap, and it makes an incredible difference.  Just keeping the sun off my face I do much better.

Yup, my face turns bright red in the heat, too.  I've been foolish enough to keep testing it out, too.
I also get tired and make sure I have lots of water and access to air conditioning when I'm in a warmer climate.

I'm even thinking about finding a hat that doesn't look stupid on me to keep the sun off my face. I'm afraid it would make my head hotter and defeat it's purpose.

I use a cool cloth on my face when it gets red; feels good, and I think it makes my face it's normal color a little sooner.

I know the feeling. But not only does my face get red but I feel like I am going to pass out.  I just all of a fudden don't feel well and I have to go in to a cooler climate.  I just take it easy and try not to stay out in the heat for any length of time.

If you find out what causes it let me know.

Best of luck,
Aura

Hi! My face has been turning bright red from heat for several years... it happens whenever i overheat- I also don't sweat much at all. I can get red from a hot shower. :)
