Foot drop means that the nerve to that muscle isn't working...  but typically losses of function aren't total - I think you'll get it back.  No promises!

Sounds like drop foot?  It wasn't spasming, it was just not moving, right?

Well totally different today.
Front of my foot feels odd and my shin....nearly like a weak sensation.
Foot was stuck In one position and would not move for me at all. It looked like it was in spasm or something like it as foot and toes were all on same level. Only started to move when moved toes and base of foot myself.  Today feels nearly the same as my hand did. My calf muscle feels bit tingly nearly like pins and needles.
Comments please??

Well, my description for the muscle spasms could be viewed kinda humorously.  It feels like I have to tiny, tiny people in my foot that have each grabbed an end of one muscle, playing tug of war with it.  lol. But I also have the spasms in other areas, too....not just my feet.

Yeah, I forgot to wish you luck with your upcoming ECG.  Good luck!

I have pain issues in my feet, too.  But yours sounds different than mine.  There are times when it feels like I am walking barefoot over rocks.  I also get cramping muscle spasm type pains in my feet or just my toes.

Hope you get some relief soon,
Addi

Hello, Kate-

I don't have any ideas for you....sorry about that.  I will say to make sure you add this to your symptom list you should have in preparation for your consultant appointment and, hopefully, your second opinion on your MRI.

I also wanted to bump up your question so that maybe other members can help you out with ideas.  I am sorry that you are having this new symptom.

Hugs,
Addi
