Gluten and lactose free good as ice cream!!!

I post all the type about going gluten and lactose free and am amazed so many people give me the awww, poor you, what can you eat, what is left that is 'good'...

Well, at Wegmans this past weekend came across something that I kinda raised an eyebrow at, but hey, I'm game...  and I love ice cream, thing its the one thing I truly miss...  We have found rice milk ice cream bars dipped in chocolate and peanuts that are pretty good, but this new stuff is beyond good :)   Its like a gooey rich ice cream with globs of cake...  weird part is carrot cake ice cream, but I love carrot cake, so what the hey!  

Its called Good Karma Organic Rice Devine...  they have several flavors (most more normal)...  but if anyone out there does gluten and lactose free and wants something that is really a bad but tastes so good treat, try to find this stuff!!!

I just got coconut milk butter pecan ice cream with no sugar added...  that was pretty good too :)

I've seen these at my local natural foods stores!  Thanks for the tip!  I'm dairy free, all grain free, and sugar free (unless it's a super special treat).  For folks like me, there are coconut and almond based frozen treats, too! ;-)

Yum!  I'm lactose intolerant, so I will look for these in my area. I wonder if Walmart has them?  Hmmmm
