Off topic, I know...Just wanted to make sure all of my friends see this greeting.  I want to wish all of you a peaceful holiday season full of light.  I am so glad to be here...yes, I mean HERE.  It has been one year since my ordeal, and other than having a crazy school year, all is well so far.  I have a CT scheduled for Jan 4th with a follow up Dr appt on the 8th.  So it's a little bit of holding my breath only to find out all is well, I'm sure.  That is my life for a few years. I am still in a state of peace and gratitude for the life-changing experience.  Bless all of you and hopefully I will visit more often now that a very hectic time at school has passed.

I have a new great nephew since we last talked.  First baby in the family for 27 years!

Hi MK, its always good to see you here.  As much as you enjoy being back in the classroom, I'm sure you are like every other teacher in the whole wide world and are really ready for a break from everything school related.

Enjoy your time off - the first of the year will be here before you know it!  

And good luck with the next CT - I'm sure it will come back clean..
