Have I been mis-diagnosed?

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 4 years ago.  I've had daily migraines, constant pain with severe tingling and numbness in my legs/feet and arms/hands, and just this year I've also developed eye pain with blurred vision, pain in my left ear (it's more like deep inside/behind it, i guess?  hard to describe, and it comes and goes), and severe vertigo/balance issues, but it doesn't feel like i'm spinning or the room is spinning, it almost feels like my legs give out because either they're too weak to hold me, or the ground has rocked me off my feet.  like i'm on a rocking ship or the ground is shaking.  it feels like my bed is shaking when i'm in bed, too, like that scene in the Exorcist when she gets in bed.  I hope that makes sense.
also whenever i exert myself even a tiny bit more than usual, i get so exhausted i have to lay down, and then i get that weird shaking/rocking feeling, and i can't sleep, i just lie there until it passes.  then i get up and stay exhausted.  like after i shower (with a shower chair, even), i have to just sit down while i find something to wear, and then most of the time someone else has to come help me get dressed, especially if it's a time crunch and i have to get ready "in a hurry" (which is still a good 30-45 min)
I had such an extreme back spasm today that it was almost like i was having a seizure. i was like shaking and slamming the table forward at the restaurant we were at...and that has never happened to me before.  it was scary.  afterward my forehead felt kind of numb and tingly on the upper left side, and i had a huge knot in my left shoulder blade.  before it happened i could barely keep my eyes open and i felt like everything around me was in slow motion.
Also, i get this abdominal pain that kind of wraps around my abdomen and my back.  People have told me rib pain is common with fibromyalgia, that it can be constochondritis, but with everything else that's been happening, i'm not sure if that's what it is.  i was just prescribed a wheelchair today because of how often i've fallen.  i'm also having some upper chest pain and trouble swalling, like my food feels like it's getting stuck just below my throat, like it's too thick to go down.  even water feels that way too.  EKG and Swallow test was normal.
also have a tremor in my right hand, and what they call "unstable gait"?  i can't speak clearly either, i stutter a lot and can't think of words i want to say.  i'm also extremely heat sensitive, and i have been notorious for wearing a hoody when it's 80 degrees out in the past :(
I'm seeing a neurologist soon to get some more tests done.  i'm worried.  i was already worried enough about having endometriosis, fibromyalgia, and chronic migraines.  don't need one more thing.
sorry this is so long, just nervous and not sure what to think anymore!
any suggestions would be helpful!

Hi and welcome

I'm very sorry your dealing with so many different issues, there are many different types of medical conditions that can cause the types of symptoms you've mentioned but it's very unlikely what your dealing with is a neurological condition like MS! One of the main nerve suggestive symptom you are experiencing "constant pain with severe tingling and numbness in my legs/feet and arms/hands" would 'not' be the suggestive/consistent symptom pattern for MS as it's in all peripheral limbs which is one of the red flags pointing away from conditions like MS...

I'm sorry i can't even guess what could be going on, i think it would be in your best interest to keep an open mind to the cause though, you'll know more once you've seen the neurologist and had some further neurological related testing done.

Hope that helps........JJ
