Help Bodily Chaos

I'm sick & stuck.  How can I find a medical doctor who cares enough to be persistent with finding the cause to my chaos that torments me on its own schedule?  Have seen so many primary doctors who live by the blood test rule.  If they are all good, I am fine and should be glad.  I am glad, but still suffering such a strange set of symptoms still and I cry when they come as I know there's nothing that can be done.  I've suffered them over the years since 2008 and i am 52 now.  Just recently underwent another episode or flare and in one day these are the things that occurred:
Been losing weight of 20lbs over the last 8 mos.  No desire to eat because of the problems it brings to go through the whole digestion process.  One day: 2:30am Woke up on my back with excruciating pain all thru my right arm and could not move without holaring.  Then began to feel Ice Cold & Tingling thru arm & fingers.  4am: Woke up again and felt Icy Cold all from within my body and not my skin. Chills inside. 7am Woke up with pain inside right chest & arm and still shivering.  Esophogus feeling swelled & stuck, Nausiated, Pain in right side chest hurts to inhale. 9:22am Left yey is watering on its own, tearing, nausia kick in strong.  10:28am Warming sensation inside body, still pain in right side chest, fingers are warming up & red color back. 11:30am Frozen Cold-Chills from within. 11:40am Painful breathing right side chest, right arm pain, nausia, & esopho swelling/choking.  11:50am Sudde3n warming upper body back/chest, severe sweats, coming out all over & out of hair dripping down eyes.  12:45: Esopho painful sticky stuck, right side chest/back hurts when inhaling, pain down right arm to elbow, fingers cold, chest pain in direct middle chestbone. 1pm: pain down side of right leg.  2pm: Painin middle breastbone chest thru to back and hurts to inhale.  2:45: Severe swell in chest/pain/worse when inhaling, turning pale, nausia, eyes drying.  3:05: Warming up sensation upper body & head, perverse sweating again.  3:17: Electical like or Pins & needles inside mid body, shooting pains up back of head.  4pm: Right side chest/lung hurting again, pain in upper arm, hurts to inhale.  5pm Pain upper right chest/arm, Eyes are twitching and began to feel like start of when I had my epilepsy triggers.  6:30pm: Felt hungry so ate a piece fish & some pea's.  7:30: laid down on couch. 8:30pm: Feeling pain now on the left side below rib in front & back and very fatigued. Feeling elecric tingling & some warming in body with sweats, nausia & very full feeling in mid upper stomach.  10:14pm: pain still back in the right side chest with inhaling.   CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?  It's absolutely nuts. This is what I've lived with since 2008 on and off when it decides to flare.  I only drank water this whole day.  If blood tests show I'm perfect, how is it I can suffer like this?  I don't think there's a doctor in the house who will ever have the time or concern to dig into it, and I face just living with it until it takes me 6 feet under.  Pretty hard to keep pushing on against something you don't know, but makes you suffer.  Guess it's just my thorn to carry.  If you have heard of any of these nonsense symptoms and have any thoughts, I would welcome them.  Thank you kindly, Susan

The weight loss and vomiting bothers me. I would just keep trying to find a good Primary Care. I got mine when she opened her practice. She put an ad in the local free paper. I was one of her first patients. It still took me two years to be diagnosed with MS after she sent me to several Neurologists.
