I am affected by DVT and how to increase 'protein c' and homo cysteine level in blood?

i am affected by DVT(deep vein thrombosis) my protein c level is 31% and homo cysteine(serum) level is 3.4.protein s level is 74.3%
my ECG report: rate-88,PR-140,QRSD-84,QT-394,QTc-477and axis:P-59,QRS-34,T-6
Cholesterol levels: serum HDL-40mgs%.LDL-202mgs%,VLDL-38mgs%, and lipid profile ratio-7
