Interal Tremors - onset MS?

I am a 22 year old female, and about a month ago I started experiencing internal tremors that started in one arm, and quickly moved throughout my entire body. It feels like there is a quick pulsing sensation, that never stops, in my arms, legs, neck and chest. I find when I am at rest, I am most comfortable - but activities such as walking, or carrying heavy things aggravates the internal tremors. Occasionally when I am really fatigued (or have been typing a lot) the tremors actually become slightly visible in my hands. I don't have any other symptoms - but I did have unexplained stomach pain for several weeks prior to when the tremors began. Might I be experiencing MS symptoms? Or is there any other condition that might explain my internal tremors? I am not in pain, but the consistent internal vibrating is quite aggravating, and seems to be getting worse. I had blood work done, and it was normal!

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!!

I was diagnosed in March of 2015.  All started with double vision last november.  In late march I too began have then internal tremors.  From head to toe my body feels like its shaking.  Best way I have found to make it visible is to hold a pencil between my teeth then everyone can see.  All blood work came back normal.  It can be maddening sometimes.  My MS doctor says its very unusual to have it over you entire body.  They have tried me on 5 medications with no change.  Went from running a 5k in March  and now legs feel  to weak to stand for 10 minutes in 6 months.

i don't quite understand what is causing your tremors but it sounds like it could be a muscle twitch or fasiculation; since you mentioned its sometimes visible. If your muscle is the cause then besides ms it could be a magnesium deficiency or it could be neurological. It would help if you mention what blood work you got done and what your doc thinks is the cause.
