Lisions of the brain Do I have MS?

I have lisions of the brain they are round. I am told I have MS.  Went to a MS specialist and he said MS lisions are elogated.  What is the truth

The usual lesions for MS are ovoid and not round, but in medicine and science, nothing is ever 100%.  Did the MS specialist do a thorough exam (walk,, touch nose, test reflexes, etc.) as well?  We know the MRI doesn't tell all of the story.  

Who told you that you have MS?  It is a very complicated diagnosis to make and isn't just from whether you have brain lesions.  Feel free to tell us more of your story and perhaps we can suggest your next steps to consider.

I have white matter lesions that are round, on the frontal lobes. I suffer from Hemiplegic migraines and I was told that that's what causing the lesions. I have not had a follow up MRI and I'm kind of wondering if there has been more that developed. Do you suffer from migraines?
