Lost Sensation

I have been in a Motor vehicle Accident nearly 7years ago. I broke my neck (C7), but was granted another chance by not being paralyzed. Since the accident, I do not feel the difference between either hot or cold on the right side of my body, except right arm. I feel this numbness in my right foot when I sit still for not so long. I cannot wear socks when going to bed, if it's really cold, because then my foot feels if its completely dead. I also have this awkward, kind of burning pain, when I walk for a distance, sit a bit too long & when the weather is on the colder side, in my right lower back. Visiting my home doctor, the Physiotherapists, Chiropractitioner have since produced no results.

It's hard to tell if it is from the accident or another problem.  Have you been to see a neuro?  I would start there.
