My husband had a MRI done on Sat. and these are the findings: Two right frontal white matter lesions which do not demonstrate enhancement or mass effect. Findings are nonspecific and represent small areas of gliosis, sequela of minor chronic small vessel infraction. Similar findings can also be seen in patients with migraines. Demyelinating lesions, sequela of multiple sclerosis or collagen vascular disease could have similar appearance. usually manifest with larger number of lesions. No lesions typical for multiple sclerosis are identified.
I am just completely confused when I read this paragraph. Any thoughts??
Thanks.
