MS lesions??

would you say those lesions on the profile pic are similar to MS brain lesions? 8 months ago i have an MRI but i had just one that was not noticeable to me, at least. But this one shows clear white marks. Any ideas?

Greetings and welcome.  We don't do a good job reading MRIs around here because we just are not trained to do so.  I'm sorry I can't be of help.

A friendly note - you really do want to delete your MRI pictures from here - they contain your personal information and this is not a secure website.  I can't do that for you - but you can from your profile page.

welcome again,
Lulu

First, always black out identifying data on images.  The first image is an "SC3 Plane Loc"
which is a localizer image and not used for diagnostics.  The 2nd Image "T1 Pre" might show "black holes" (Gliosis,) but would not show demyelinating lesions like you would bee in MS.  The lesions would be visible on T2, FLAIR, and STIR type sequence.  Enhancing lesions on a "T1 Post" would be significant if they matched lesions on T2, FLAIR, and STIR type sequences

We try (everybody on this forum) to recommend not to try and read your own MRIs.  Radiologists are trained to read the structures of the brain, and they know what structures are abnormal and which aren't.

In your case, what I see are the small bony structures of your face and the CSF spaces, which show up as white and black.  I see nothing out of the ordinary.

Of all the sites I've been to, I find this the most useful.  I've tried to read my own MRIs as well, and this site helped me distinguish what I was looking at.
