I have a empty sella turic. I found out that in 1997. They have been taking MRIs every other year.  I don't hear nothing about the empty sella, but I do about the white matter. I've had strokes in both legs. now they are thinking that MS hit me instead of strokes. The white matter is getting worse. I had a LP it came back ok. The doctor was thinking about putting me on injections, but since the LP came back ok. She isn't going to until I take another MRI in 6 months. does that mean I don't have to worry about having MS. She never said anything about the Empty sells. Should I get another doctor. She is a neuralogy. I really feel I have MS. I have the creepy crawly thing going on top back of my head, and trouble with eyes

ESS (Empty Stella Syndrome) is usually a benign condition if Pituitary function is normal.  Do a web search on Empty Stella Syndrome.

Oh yes, and they can cause eye problems by way of pressure and inflammation near the optic nerves near the pituitary gland.

I've read some stuff on empty sella in researching the autoimmune thyroid thing. They can be associated with pituitary antibodies and thyroid antibodies. Neither one is MS but they can mimic it at times, among other really scary nervous system problems. They can also demyelinate white matter.
