More symptoms!

Ok.  So I posted a few months ago but initial symptoms I was having that I thought were MS related.  I think I'm having more, whether MS related or not.  I'd just like to know what's going on.  I still have pins and needle feelings all over my body and different times in different places.  But now, I have a numb sensation in my head.  It feels like a lot of pressure but numbness as well.  I think there's pins and needles feelings in my head as well.  I am having headaches, indigestion, and some black floaters in my eyes.  I had a normal CATscan and a normal EMG.  I've arena rheumatologist for my first appt ad am awaiting additional blood work.  My initial blood work showed a slightly higher ANA count was above normal, it was a 14.  I am getting concerned because I dot know what's going on.  My next step is a neurologist.  But can anyone help on the meantime?!!!

Hi!  Thank you for replying!!  I received my blood work back from my Rheumatoid visit and all was normal.  Even my ANA which was slightly elevated last time was normal today.  She noted parvo virus but said that was nothing significant.  My next step is a neurologist.  These symptoms are just weird and I would love help with it.  Maybe I'll try posting to some other sites to see if I can get some more insight.  I appreciate your reply.

Hi and welcome,

Sorry i'm not sure if its helpful or not, but i don't think what's causing you these problems is going to be from MS. Generally MS doesn't cause "pins and needle feelings all over my body and different times in different places", that's too random for MS.  With MS, it doesn't move around or spread from one area to another, or happen all over, due to the damage caused by the brain or spinal cord lesions, its typically same areas each and time.

MS has many many mimics and i do think its going to something other than MS, what that is though is too hard to say, i'm sure your ANA will be a big clue to what it could be.

Cheers.....JJ
