5% diagnosed no lesions, but do these ppl have other positive results?

I know that 5% of people with MS show no lesions... my questions is, do the people diagnosed that fit into this category have a positive LP or abnormal Evoked Potentials. Can somebody that results show up negative for everything and has the symptoms quite badly get diagnosed? Are these people the 5%?

Good Question.  The statement is always made without qualification.  I would assume that many do have other positive testing, but I have never read anything that would give you a perfect answer.
