No laughing but as anyone ever had their nose go numb?

Yesterday I went to the pacemaker doctor and in getting out of the car, felt my entire nose go "numb", no tingle, just numb.  It lasted about an hour and then on the way home, it happened again and went away.

That's a new one for me and wonder if should mention it to neuro in the fall; these things always happen AFTER your visit, of course.

Now you can laugh if you must!

Thanks everyone!  You all actually made me laugh!  Especially when I needed it most…………"D" my little brat, went back to the vet yesterday, her stitches weren't healing and they kept her.  They finally called this afternoon, she can come home tomorrow, she had infection, but has to wait until Monday to have the stitches out.  I felt so lost so read and re-read your comments to cheer me up!  Amazing how tired you can get from stress and overload!

Hugs to all of you

you are funny Sarah, yes, my nose goes numb, usually when my tongue goes numb too, I don't know if it goes together or not, but just thought I would let you know that.

I have so much sympathy for you, and it is for sure not fun, as I'm finding out with this face / neck thing.

No laughter here either, just complete sympathy.  Left side of my nose is numb as I write this, as is my left cheek.  Believe it or not, I'm happy about it!!  Until now my facial issues had been limited to the right side but I was starting to get pain on the left side too, so I'll settle for numbness over pain any day.

I'm not laughing either, it's a really weird feeling to have your nose go numb or tingle! The first time it happened to me i think was back in 08, originally i was thinking it might of been a dental issue though admittedly a bit unlikely, considering only my nose felt weird and no where else, now its just one of the weird numb or tingly things i've got going on.

Cheers......JJ

I'm not laughing I swear!!! I have had many odd sensations including numbness & tingly but nothing involving my nose. I've had right upper lip, tongue & cheek lol. ;-)

I hope Diesel is being a good little pup for her mum.

Hugs,
Karry.

Not laughing at all. I've never had it happen to my nose, but I've had my upper lip go numb several times. And all kinds of strange sensations inside my mouth, including for the last 3 months. MS is not a respecter of our various locations, is it?
