This is not off topic at all, it is right on the money.
The only advice I can offer is to control what you can. Limit your sun exposure in summer. Avoid hot baths and showers like the plague. Also avoid hot tubs, super heated swimming pools and so on.
The big majority of MSers are intolerant of heat.

Oh, I forgot about nausea!! I get that as well but I live in Seattle. We don't have "hot" weather for the most part. The problem is I LOVE the sun/heat. We vacation in warm places. :(
I can't lay in sun - avoid being in the sun - I am still in limbo - possible ms -
I have been bothered by the heat for a few years now - was dx 1 1/2 years ago - then second opinion wasn't as convinced - went off MS meds - Was a teacher, and the heat in our classrooms could become awful in the spring and fall - sometimes high 80 - low 90 - and I would wilt and get very tired and feel so spacey!
The heat just makes me very tired, naseous and sx (numbess, tingling, confusion, weakness and feeling of being off balance) all increase -Lately have noticed dull headache when overheated. Don't go out during midday if it's too hot -
