OT-Baby Alex

He finally got to come home :) Daddy started his 2 week vacation today so mamaw said it wa time for her to come and take care of herself. I told my daughter if she needs anything to call me but I am totally exhausted. My body feels it and it is yelling at me in a serious way.

I come home and my dh tells me that friends are coming over and asked me to cook some dinner...Well there is a reason I stopped at Subway on my way home, because Iam totally exhausted. I told him I will fix a little something but nothing big that will take too much time. I just don't have it in me. Will he ever understand?????? Doubt it!!!

Anyway, I posted some pics if you all want to see my new grandson. I am going to get off here cook and go to bed, they will just have to understand and if not then they will have to be mad, time to take care of me!!!

That is good news...Forgive me for my delay in responding to your posts regarding this, but it is still a painful subject for me due to the fact my son died for heart problems at the age of 6 weeks. It was only when I saw the good news that I dared to really look at your posts. I do hope that you will get the rest that you need and will rebound quickly. I know from past experience that stress can cause a flare of symptoms very easily.

Alex is beautiful. So glad he's doing well. It's scary when things go iffy with the little guys.  Take care of yourself, Grandma, now that you don't have to be so worried.

He is definately precious. I am having a bit of a rough time as of now but hopefully with a couple days rest I will be back to normal if not I will be calling my neuro. I am to the point that my legs are so weak I can barely walk and when I do it is a drunk walk. Almost hit the floor last night when I got up to go to the bathroom. I am just going to take it easy.

I have easy to cook meals that I bought in advance, so it is microwave meals for a couple of days to help me get through this dip. Hopeing it is all from exhaustion and not a relapse.

I will keep you updated.

Oh Alex is so sweet and I am so glad that he is home and OK. It is easy to forget how tiny they are when they are first born.

Anyhow take care, if others are not open to noticing how tired you are (lo I know all about this one as in relapse, having just climbed out of bed mid Sunday afternoon to try and find something easy to cook for dinner tonight) then just find easy to cook meals. If anyone complains then there is your chance to say it in the open.."actually I am exhausted"  it has been a stressful time for you all so rest up when you can.

Wow!!!!  Babies are such miracles!!!  They always bring a smile to me.  He is beautiful!!!  I am so happy he is now home with his parents...

No, I doubt dh will ever get it.  We spoiled them...remember?  lol...Truly I would have told him to order out for pizza that I was done for the day and if he objected?  I would say..."Okay, for the week".  I have never been shy for words...obviously.

Take care of yourself or you won't be able to care for any of them!!!
