Optic neuritis diagnosis by ophthalmology, sent for MRI and it was clear

Hello,
I’ve been getting symptoms for years with pains, numbness on left toes
Pains that come and go all over my body including legs
Last year I had flashing and my eyes felt like I couldn’t control them and since then I have had another episode of my eyes flickering out of control
Went to ER and they did cat scans
Saw nothing
Sent to neurologist and ophthalmology
Optic neuritis diagonals and neurology said they think I have MS
Did the MRI and it was clear
PA at neurology dept said probably not MS
I have tinnitus, restless leg syndrome, pain in my right arm , can’t lift arm up
Occasionally I get spasms in my chest that seem to move into my arm
Incontinence and too many to describe
What’s the thought on this
I just was wondering what tests they can do to help me get diagnosed or find out what else this could be
