PDPH headaches after a spinal anasthesia. Does it go away on its own?

It's been almost 3 weeks (05/15) since I had a surgery performed.  I was given a spinal block.  i experienced severe headaches for 5 days after the surgery.  It has improved since, with minor ringing in my ears and a stiffness in neck.  I did a blood patch yesterday on 05/31, but there was no relief in symptoms.  I am now hoping to wait out the headaches and hoping that all symptoms will resolve on its own.  Is this possible? Has anyone experienced relief after 3-5 weeks?

I'm not sure why you've landed at the ms board, but yes, I had a MILD post LP headache that lasted for 28 days.  My neuro did link it to the procedure because of the headache location.  It was more annoying than painful, thankfully.
