dizziness and a "spacy" feeling in my head

Mid morning today, I started to feel sort of dizzy, worse when I looked around.  I also feel kind of "heady" or "spacy" like things are taking a little longer to process.

It was bothersome when I was at Sams club, and actually made me a little nauseated.  My balance is fine.

I also have noticed recently that when i look around, i notice my eyes focusing on the next thing, like it takes a second to focus on the next thing im looking at.  Is that something that happens to everyone?

I saw a neurologist a couple weeks ago for burning inner arms and an mri that had a few hyper intensities. He was not concerned at all and thought the MRI showed "wear and tear"  im 33....

Thoughts??

Anne

I have similar problems.  It's almost like the feeling you get after you are on an amusement park ride.  And I get it almost every time I go in Sam's Club!  I swear it's the fluorescent lights.

I know what you are saying. I have the dizziness and the eye hesitation. I have had both for over 40 years. I learned to stop for a minute and let the dizziness pass. I used to get it while climbing ladders which I did for a living.
The eye thing for me is caused by double vision. I just have learned how to adjust to it.

Is your Neurologist following you at least. If you feel you are at a dead end with him you might find another.
