toes feeling cold suddenly/ Optic Neuritis question

I usually suffer with really hot feet but just these last few days I have been getting cold toes just on my right foot, but only the 4 smaller ones. It feels like the blood leaves them and then they are cold. I do not notice them warm up again but then the cold feeling returns later on. It happens all day long.

Also I have noticed a flair up of symptoms since my monthly cycle started last weekend (The toe thing is a new symptom) some older ones have returned such as burning patches of skin and a burning mouth and tongue.

Does anyone else have the cold toe thing? and is it usual for a monthly cycle to effect symptoms? I haven't been diagnosed yet but experience all kinds of neurological symptoms. I am due to see my neurologist next Tuesday for a review.

My last visit he did a few preliminary tests and put my headaches/balance issues down to problems with my inner ears (minieres disease) but since then my symptoms have progressed and i have developed new ones.

But how bad do they really have to be? Since reading up on other peoples experiences and trouble with MS I am beginning to feel like a fraud, although I have many symptoms I am still able to carry on with work and hobbies etc. and feel ok. I don't want to waste peoples time, with compared to so many of you what now seems to be minor ailments.

I do have a question regarding optic neuritis. I was asked if I suffer any visual disturbances, I do wear glasses but haven't noticed any unusual visual issues, the only thing I do seem to get at the moment on and off is pain accross the eyelid and around the eye bone. Can ON cause this? If anyone could shed some light on this I would be grateful.

As I said I see my neurologist next week and I hope this time he takes more notice.

Thanks for your help
