The last neuro I saw, The World's Most Attentive Neuro (we nicknamed him), didctated in his notes that the time line I brought with me was "tight and helpful." I got help with it from the forum, mostly Quix, as my cog fog was in full swing.
Some neuros are going to read these with great interest. Some will burn and smoke them. We'll hope yours will be happy you brought it with you.
Good luck with yours and let us know how we can help!

Well explained! Give yourself a gold star! And thanks to you too "cjacks"
Yeah your medical records will show what you've been DX with but a time-line is handy because say for example you had optical neuritis in April and soon after that you started to experience numbness and muscle spasms but you didn't go to the doctor for that, your time-line would contain that info.
It helps when you don't have a DX and reflects when you've had symptoms, what symptoms you've had, and what you felt like when they occurred. It can help with the DX process. Plus an added bonus is that you don't have to remember everything. You'll have it on paper.
It's good to have a copy of your own medical records and a time-line when trying to find a DX.
