Hi there, I'm not sure if you are aware that you have posted on a thread that's nearly 3 years old.

Just thought I would let you know. :-)

It could be a pinched nerve in your neck or spine from poor postures at work or some kind of injury or accident?
A visit to a good chiropractor may take care of that.

No I have not been dx'd with Ms. I have my third nero appt January 10th with a new dr, My family dr said I am having weird symptoms. That is all she said, no one tell me much. I dont do much at my job so I sit here all day and look stuff up which is not good, I drive myself crazy!

Have you been dx'd with MS?  My answer was based on not seeing it on your profile.  If you have MS then yes, I agree it could be from the MS.  My nose and lips were at one time totally numb and it began with tingling.

I have the side of my nose tingling when the left side of my face starts going numb, its kinda weird to have that feeling cause you feel like something is there but there isn't.

I started with my chin tingling, years ago.  Then it was the side of my face, then my nose!  Then I started having cold in the same areas.

Yeah, I went 2 solid weeks with the tip of my nose tingling and sometimes going numb.  Paresthesia at work!  Check out the health page on "Paresthesias - Things that go Buzz in the Night" (or words to that effect).  Sometimes I get a tingly shocky buzz to my upper lip, too.

My first thought is your teeth.  Maybe an infection brewing?
