Tremors,migraines,paresthesia...help

hello there-
i am a 21 year old female with no prexisting major health concerns. Currently trying to find a culprit for my symptoms i am at a roadblock. My bloodwork is all normal, my catscan of my brain is normal. I am sick of doctors assuming i have an alcohol or nicotine addiction because i shake in my hands. I barely drink and i dont smoke cigarettes, ive smoked cannabis medicinally for my symptoms since i was 17. My mother and aunt both live and lived with Multiple sclerosis for all of my life.
I have some major symptoms and some minor unexplainable symptoms:

major:
-Ive had unexplained migraines that come and go since i was 13, light sensitive, throbbing head, seeing spots. etc.

-I have an almost constant tremor since i was about 16, its mainly only noticeable in my hands, especially when i am doing something fine like threading a needle or trying to put my key in the door. my tremor is alot worse when i am hungry or hypoglycemic. I am not a diabetic.

-I also have had pins and needles (Paresthesia) in my arms mainly my hands since i was about 16 as well, it comes and goes in spouts and wakes me in the night its so painful. Rubbing, excersizing, moving the hand and arm doesnt help the pain or numbness, it sometimes doesnt go away for hours. I wear an L splint wrist for support, it helps the pain but the numbness & tingling is still there. I was tested for carpal tunnel 3 years ago.

-electric shock feeling, random sharp pains electric feeling on the inside of my thumb if theres pressure on it.

minor random symptoms that have occur:
-sweating profusely through layers of clothing even when cold
-urinating alot, especially at night..
-dark bags, circles under eyes.

does anyone have any insight or experience with these symptoms? thankyou and god bless

Hi Shell-
i dont have a medical marijuana perscription, i just started recreationally using it during my teenage (16) years and realized it helped my migraines and tremor alot. although i wish i could get my mj license for the migraines.
I dont currently take medication for migraines, ive had multiple kinds and tried massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, steroid injections in the base of my skull.. i really hate taking otc medication.
they ruled out all suspecting vitamin, mineral, iron deficiencies, thyriod problems, all the tick borne diseases, diabetes, and i forget what else. they took alot of blood i know that, and im assuming all problems that would be associated with my problems.
my symptoms are all neurological, but they have ruled out a mass or lesions in the brain or spinal cord.. thanks again shell..
im feeling quite lost right now.

Hi there,

I hope you don't mind me asking what the prexisting condition is for the medicinal mj prescription? Just trying to get a feel for what is going on so we can provide feedback.

And, when you say bloodwork is all normal, do you know what was tested?
Your migraines sound pretty bad - do you take meds for them?

Hoping to help you out, so I'm so sorry for all the questions.

Welcome!
-Shell
