VIRTUAL LOSERS - please check in :0)

Are we losing some of you out there?  I know it is a rough time to lose weight, but it can still be done!  We have one month until Christmas...let's lose what we can before then so we can **eat eat eat** and not feel guilty!!!

Stay ahead of the game so we can look good on New Year's instead of making it our resolution to lose weight next year.

New losers are always welcome.

Lost this week: 3.6  Total Loss: 11.8

(My new pants are baggy on me and look like I have a load in my bum.  It is bitter-sweet, really).

Love you all,
Aussy

Yup!  Back to zero, actually maybe even up 0.5 lbs.  I am remotivated with the help of all you great people though so here we go again.

Did anyone ever say 16th time is a charm? LOL!  Oh well, at least I have you guys to forge ahead with.  My old motto was "new day, new twinkie!" guess I have to change that to "new day, new Fiber bar!"

WAAAAH,    I want to have baggy pants!!!  Aussey & Granny you are my inspiration this week!  Onward and downward I go, pray for me!

Have a great (twinkie free) day!

Hey Everyone!!! I would like to join the "Losers". I know I have lost 4 lbs over Thanksgiving holidays or at least since my last doctors appointment 2 weeks ago. But to keep it really fair I will start at zero from here and keep you posted on the progress over the next month. Good luck to everyone!!! If you have any good advice, my ears are always willing to listen!!!

Hi Guys,

not so good for me.  Am back to zero I think.  Been having CRAVINGS.  And though I haven't been eating much extra my weight shot up - haven't been doing gluten free religiously and haven't been going to the washroom regularly.

OK.  I'm inspired.  Will get back on track. Hopefully just a matter of getting back on the gluten free and get things moving again...

Me too, very chicken (or should I say Turkey!) to get on the scale today.  I am so proud of the rest of you losers......I have had a terrible migraine all morning/day long, been trying to sleep it off.  Perhaps I'll weigh tomorrow.  Haha.

I have lost 7.2 lbs. total.  Sorry I havn't checked in for a couple of weeks but  I have been sick.  That's probably the only reason I've lost.lol  I am trying very hard.  My daughter-in-law and I have went on a diet together and we are both doing pretty good.
