Wake Too Hot In The Night-Anyone Else?

For the past year, I 'think', I have been waking up around 3:00 a.m., very hot. Even in the winter, and my bedroom is cold.

Anyone else with MS have this happening?

TIA

Sheila

Thanks, Deb.

I think it is MS related, too. I can't sleep near my husband, at all. He generates a lot of body heat, and makes me uncomfortable.

Sorry that you go through it, too.

I lay awake for hours, and then, I'm tired when I get up in the morning.

Sheila

I go through "spells" of this.  I also have trouble with the warmth of my husband's skin--poor man!  There are times that his hand touching my arm at night makes me extremely uncomfortable!

Yes I have done this for years! I feel its MS related. It seems to me the colder it is the more this happens. Wish I knew the answer.
