Worried and anxious

Long story short, I have bad anxiety, I have noticed some leg pain in the past few weeks, mostly really tight muscles which don't limit my walking, I got put on Methocarbomal and it screwed with my head massively, headaches blurry vision, confusion.  I am currently trying to get it out of my system, still have a lingering dull pain by my eye.  I noticed tonight it feels like my stomach muscles are really tight, not overly painful, just uncomfortable.  I google every single symptom I have and of course MS came up, the MS "Hug".  Maybe I am just overreacting, I do have some gallbladder issues but I am worried and spend my entire day trying to figure out what is wrong with me.  If anyone has any advice, suggestions or diagnosis (jk)  any input is welcome

Thank you all for the advice, My doctor put my on Celesta hopefully that will help to calm things down, its amazing how your mind can manifest into physical "ailments".  I am planning on no googling this weekend.

Good advice, except that staring at the clouds and daring them to move would upset my equilibrium enough to bring on queasiness, some days.  I'd have to keep the horizon in view.

I agree with two pack, does not sound like MS, your hug should come from further up, "usually" around the ribs, like a "hug".

Sounds like you need to relax and let life wind down your current side effects from your medicine.  Dr Google is very good at messing with people's heads.

Relax..........even if you do nothing but stare at the clouds and dare them to move!  (but keep a good eye on them, cause they can) and let life sort itself out.

Good luck and seriously, relax!

None of this sounds like MS to me.  I tend to think your anxiety is the most serious medical thing you have going on.  Spending entire days trying to figure out what is wrong with you is almost guaranteed to CAUSE something to be wrong with you.

I'd try some relaxation training.  Mindfullness meditation is great but with your self description of high anxiety I'm betting you would do best starting out with some training instruction.  Or maybe there is a local place that offers yoga instruction.  You might be more comfortable with the physical movement yoga utilizes to move toward centeredness.  The stretching of yoga would also benefit those tight muscles.
