b6 toxicity produces MS symptoms.
My level was 141 nmol/l
My symptoms were:
hypersensitive skin
numbness in left hand/fingers
pins/needles
pricks
muscle twitches
vibrations/buzzing
muscle weakness
fatigue
dizziness
tingling in R + L foot
all these symptoms came and went thoughout the day.
I was told this was b6 toxicity due to the large amounts of b6 that I was taking in the form of supplements,
i have just been told i am at a toxick level now and it isn't ms this time/??
Hi,
Boy you did get a double whammy! I can't say this has happened to me but I will bump your question so other people will have a chance to answer.
I did check some sources on the net about B6 toxicity. It said that sometimes people can return to normal after blood levels are normal, but some people's recovery from B6 toxicity is "slow going" and can take a while. Others can have incomplete recover from it, meaning they never fully recover.
