Have you been tested for thydroid disease? You sound a lot like my sister and she has Graves. Hyperthyroid can cause many of those symptoms as well as Vitamin D deficiency. Don't know if you've already been tested for those. Just some to consider.
Hope you get some answers soon. Please keep us posted!

Sorry to hear about your problems.  Many of your complaints could be related to MS or another neurologic condition.  B12 = 240 is normal according to most labs, but a growing number of doctors believe it should be above 300.  Dizziness can be caused by many thing including low blood pressure, bradycardia (slow pulse,) ear infections and neurologic disease.  The clear MRI is a good thing, and I'm not sure what you mean by a "nerve test."

Hi Ruth,

Sorry you are going through all of this.  i know it's hard to wait regardless of what ever the disease is.

As far as the things you mentioned here, those could be caused by many things.  Have they talked about Fibromyalgia or Chromic Fatigue Syndrome?

I suggest reading through the health pages we have here.  There are tons of diseases that have to be ruled out before an MS diagnosis.

Hang in there.  Many of us here suffered for years before diagnosis
