since last "fall" which neuro (jerk of all .....) said I just needed PT for...sigh.......when I walk barefooted ir with soft shoes, my right foot toes want to curl under and trip me or make me stumble, hard heavy shoes, like danscoes will help but then my right foot wants to turn in when I walk.........another MS symptom?  am still in lymboland but as I don't fit neatly into the "check here" boxes, they like to ignore me and hope I will get discouraged and go away!

I went to PT for this and dragging my leg. I learned stretching exercises and other to keep me mobile. I think continuing to do these at home is way I am still walking. I think it helps with spasms too.

Everything is worse but I still think it helps. I don't go barefoot. I do ware tennis shoes. Use to ware hikinking boots or work boots but the are to heavy any more.

I have noticed my left foot turning in more lately. My left leg use to be my " good " leg.  I'm still in limbo but wanted to share that PT helps many things. Lest I believe it does.

You may not have the right forum but you have found one of the best forums here!  :-
the toes on my right foot do curl under.... you are right that the hard shoes stop that from happening.

I don't have the problem with the foot turning, at least I don't think so.

welcome,
Lulu
