low IGG synthesis Rate,Index, CSF

I am looking at a result of a spinal tap done in 2005
Text for IGG SYN
Synthesis Rate IGG, CSF: -3 5 MG/DAY
                                Ref Range: -9.9 to +3.3
IGG UBDEX, CSF                       .48

Can someone please help me understand the results.
I have been DX with Cronic stage 3 lyme disease in 2000
had been in remission until Dec. 2010 after accident surgery and much stress,
appears to have brought the little creatures out again.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Belinda,

Thanks for popping in. I wish I could say what this means in the context of your lymes dx. But, I'm just not versed.
Have you visited the medhelp lymes forum? So sorry to hear about for the revisit of problems and accident, etc. I hope you have a good docs and you get feeling better soon.

If it helps, we've got big shoulders if you feel like venting it out :(

Welcome,
Shell

Welcome to the forum

SInce the reference range is  -9.9 to 3,3 and the test value was -3.5, it is in the reference range.  IGG Synth rate is a measure if the production on antibodies within the CNS.
