You may want to go to Labtestsonline.org which is a great source for deciphering these tests. They have so much information on what each of these samples is used to look for. The numbers and references you give here don't quite match up with the numbers I find online. Be sure to talk with your physician about all of these if the lab test doesn't give you the normal ranges.
The important thing the LP looks for is o-bands in the CSF that are not present in your blood serum.

The rest I am not sure what it means. With MS it is o-bands that make the difference.
