Hi and sorry its taken me so long to respond to your question, although this is unlikely to clear anthing up or give you much if any insight beyond what you've already come up with....
You mentioned in your LP results that your albumin was high, the following might help explain meaning of it:
"Higher than normal levels of albumin may indicate dehydration or severe diarrhea. If your albumin levels are not in the normal range, it doesn't necessarily mean you have a medical condition needing treatment. Certain drugs, including steroids, insulin, and hormones, can raise albumin levels.30 July 2020

You've mentioned things that aren't MS related so i'd be going out on a limb trying to make sense of it......i honestly think you should speak to your family doctor about these types of results, something is going on that's not normal but it may be something you were born with or developed over time so having someone with a medical degree explain what this means specifically for you is only going to be in your best interest.
