I've been suffering from fatigue but not able to sleep much so I know how frustrated you are. I started taking the Melatonin and about a half hour before bed I drink a cup of Celestial Seasoning Sleepy Time Tea and a Swiss Herbal tablet called Sleep Well. It does seem to help somewhat and I am getting more sleep than I had been. I hope that helps.

Melatonin doesn't do diddly for me. If Ambien helps then do take it. It's not a narcotic. Sleep is so important.
